Making Important Decisions Together
A Co-Decision Making Agreement allows a person to appoint someone they trust to make certain decisions jointly with them. It is designed for individuals who can make decisions but would benefit from additional support when making important choices.
Unlike an Enduring Power of Attorney or a Decision Making Representation Order, the individual remains actively involved in every
decision. Decisions are made together with the Co-Decision-Maker, ensuring that the persons wishes, preferences, and views remain at the centre of the decision-making process.
